Micaschiste métamorphisé dans des conditions de haute pression/basse température. La linéation minérale matérialisée par des aiguilles d'amphibole bleue (glaucophane), ici orientée parallèlement au grand côté de la photo, est replissée par des plis centimétriques (d'axes parallèles au petit côté de la photo). Ces microplis ou "crénulation" se développent après le métamorphisme de haute pression. Ile de Syros, Cyclades, Grèce.
