Réalisation de coupes de cerveau de rat à l'aide d'un vibratome en vue de la détection immunohistochimique de molécules neuroactives. La lame de rasoir, en avançant et en vibrant, permet la coupe du bloc de cerveau. Les coupes sont manipulées à l'aide d'un pinceau.
