Eclipse de Soleil du 30 juin 1973. Photo obtenue par la superposition de la couronne solaire (atmosphère en expansion continue pour former le vent solaire) vue dans la lumière visible (bleue) et au même instant de la couronne solaire observée aux rayons X depuis le satellite Skylab (jaune). Cette étude met en évidence les relations entre les deux couronnes aux pôles du Soleil et dans les régions équatoriales.
