Construction d'un mur de cloison en préfabriqué avec des carreaux Broutta, le 10 mars 1925. Office national des recherches scientifiques et industrielles et des inventions. Ces carreaux de ciment de 50 cm sur 50 cm et d'une épaisseur de 75 mm, sont percés de 8 trous cylindriques de 35 mm de diamètre. Chaque carreau est muni de rainures et de languettes coulées dans la masse pour faciliter l'assemblage. Ils sont utilisables 24h après leur fabrication. Ces carreaux permettent une construction rapide de bâtiments bon marché, tels les hangars.
