Observation microscopique de coupes de racines de luzerne tronquée, "Medicago truncatula" colonisées par la bactérie symbiotique "Sinorhizobium meliloti". Il s'agit ici d'observer les étapes initiales de la colonisation racinaires des plantes, qui se fait à partir des poils absorbants des racines.
