Analyse de données expérimentales afin de déterminer les constantes cinétiques d’interactions d’association et de dissociation et en déduire une constante d’affinité, à l'aide d'un Biacore 3000. Le but est de caractériser une interaction moléculaire. Le Biacore 3000 est un appareil permettant d’étudier les interactions moléculaires en temps réel sans marquages des molécules. Cette technologie repose sur la résonance plasmonique de surface (SPR).
