Cellules de glioblastome mises en contact avec un milieu de culture contenant un nouvel agent thérapeutique à tester. L'objectif est d'évaluer in vitro de nouveaux traitements anticancéreux. Ces recherches ont pour but de mettre au point de nouvelles stratégies thérapeutiques visant l'hypoxie (défaut d'oxygène) qui jouerait un rôle dans la croissance tumorale.
