Lignes à retard à onde élastique de surface (Surface Acoustic Wave – SAW) ultra-large bande réalisées sur niobate de lithium et encapsulées en boitiers céramiques. Ces dispositifs sont exploités comme capteurs passifs de température interrogeables via liaison radiofréquence par mesure de leur section radar.
