Analyse par chromatographie d'exclusion stérique d'un mélange contenant des molécules de tailles différentes. Cette technique de chromatographie en phase liquide permet de séparer les espèces chimiques en fonction de leur taille. Le mélange analysé est un composé organique (une solution de dendrimère phosphoré hydrosoluble), il sera ensuite utilisé pour des applications biologiques.
