Interaction symbiotique de la luzerne "Medicago sativa" et de la bactérie "Rhizobium meliloti". La luzerne a la propriété de noduler spontanément, en absence de Rhizobium. Expression du gène ENOD12 au niveau des primordia nodulaires spontanés induits dans le cortex interne de la racine d'une luzerne transgénique. Pas d'inoculation. Plante éclaircie puis observée par microscopie à fond clair.
