Station d'étude de la phénologie d'"Acaena magellanica", Iles Kerguelen, Val Studer, altitude 81 m. Au cours de l'été austral 2003-2004 des études ont été menées simultanément sur les îles Kerguelen, Heard et Marion (programme "4 ILES") dans le sud de l'océan Indien pour caractériser les décalages de la phénologie des plantes en fonction des conditions climatiques sur un gradient de latitude et au sein de chaque île, sur un gradient d'altitude.
