"Marmosa murina" à Trois-Sauts en Guyane où un projet a eu lieu pour l'écologie de la résistance des bactéries "Escherichia coli" et "Staphylococcus aureus" dans les flores commensales (bactéries qui vivent sur un hôte sans lui causer de troubles) de l'homme et des animaux en milieu naturel. La transition vers la virulence et l'impact sur la santé humaine a également été étudiée.
