Plongeur scientifique et faune benthique sous la banquise, au large de la base Dumont d'Urville, Terre Adélie, Antarctique. La faune benthique polaire est très colorée. On y trouve beaucoup d'éponges, d'échinodermes (animaux marins à "peau épineuse"), ainsi que des pycnogonides géants (arthropodes marins).
