Molecular, macromolecular and materials chemistry laboratory
A revolutionary method for bonding biological gels and tissues.
This novel particle bonding method leads to fast and effective adhesion. It resists immersion in water, is done without the addition of polymers and does not involve any chemical reaction. This concept is the result of a collaboration between Ludwik Leibler, Alba Marcellan and their colleagues from the Soft Matter and Chemistry Laboratory and the Physical Chemistry of Polymers and Dispersed Media Laboratory.
CNRS Images,
Our work is guided by the way scientists question the world around them and we translate their research into images to help people to understand the world better and to awaken their curiosity and wonderment.
