De construction récente (2013), il utilise pourtant la technique traditionnelle de mouture (avec une meule). Des droits d'eau individuels ont été définis et sont décomptés en "ghari", unité de temps correspondant à la durée de remplissage de la coupelle placée sur l'eau et percée en son fond.
