Ensemble expérimental STM/AFM (Scanning Tunneling Microscopy / Atomic Force Microscope) ultra-vide. Cet ensemble est utilisé pour l'étude de semi-conducteurs organiques modèles (polymères pi-conjugués auto-organisés et cristaux moléculaires d'oligoacènes) ou encore le développement d'une nouvelle technique de champ proche (nanostencil dynamique couplé AFM) pour l'imagerie et la connectique simultanée sous ultra vide de mono-domaines organiques.
