Skeleton of a radiolarian, Arachnosphaera myriacantha (Haeckel 1860), found in the catch of a phytoplankton net trawled between a depth of 75 m and the surface, in the vicinity of Point B in the roadstead of Villefranche-sur-Mer, in September 2016. The radiolarians are members of microzooplankton; they are micro-grazers.
