Gardienne du parc à singes de l'île de Shodoshima, Japon, et un macaque japonais
Scientists are studying the cultural behaviour of Japanese macaques at several sites in the archipelago. From the late 1940s to the present day, they have observed habits and traditions specific to each group, handed down from generation to generation.
Our work is guided by the way scientists question the world around them and we translate their research into images to help people to understand the world better and to awaken their curiosity and wonderment.
