The shamans ' celebration named Pualasakan happens in the village of Puyuma in Taiwan, on the third day of the third lunar month. Shamans are women who invoke spirits and communicate with them through trances and divinations. The Pualasakan celebration lasts eight days, where shamans consolidate links with auxiliary spirits

The Uut Danum from the High Melawi, located in the West Kalimantan, celebrate the Nyolat, the feast of the second funerals. The aim of this ceremony is to separate definitively the livings from the deads. The Nyolat is here celebrated in the village of Kepingoi. All its inhabitants and also invited people from next villages participate to the rituals, made of dancings, prayers and sacrifices.
