Ségrégation mendélienne d'une mutation affectant la pigmentation chez l'algue verte unicellulaire "Chlamydomonas reinhardtii" : les quatres cellules issues de chaque méiose ont été alignées verticalement et ont formé des colonies ; pour les onze tétrades, on observe deux colonies vert pâle et deux colonies vert foncé. L'objectif est la mise en évidence d'une mutation nucléaire affectant la pigmentation.
