Analyses chimiques de la fixation biologique de l'azote sur des échantillons marins, rapportés de la campagne TONGA
Préparation d'échantillons (rapportés de la campagne TONGA) pour analyser leur activité diazotrophique (a diazotrophie biologique fait référence à la fixation de l'azote par divers micro-organismes diazotrophes).
Les échantilllons marins (provenant de différentes profondeurs) sont apposés sur des filtres, eux même ensuite placés dans de mini-capsules en étain via une presse. Les échantillons seront ensuite analysés au spectromètre de masse afin de déterminer leur quantité en carbone et en azote.
Ici, Antoine Torremocha (étudiant en thèse et travaillant sur l'impact de l'azote N2 sur les matières organiques).
