Flacon Vial contenant un extrait végétal dont la teneur en phytohormones sera déterminée par chromatographie en phase liquide ultra haute performance couplée à la spectrométrie de masse (U-HPLC-MS Q Exactive Plus, Thermo Scientific). Cette technique permet de caractériser, d’identifier et de quantifier les petites molécules présentes dans un échantillon biologique, par séparation sur une colonne de chromatographie et par analyse par spectrométrie de masse en haute résolution. Les analyses sont réalisées au sein du plateau technique "MetaToul - Métabolites végétaux".
