Interférométrie pour l’étude et la caractérisation de copolymères à blocs qui se structurent à l'échelle nanométrique. Cette technique permet de révéler des réseaux d'interférences générés via des résines polymères photosensibles, synthétisées au laboratoire. Ces mesures sont effectuées en salle blanche car la principale application visée concerne la lithographie optique pour la microélectronique.
