Contrôle visuel à travers un hublot du bombardement électronique d'une source d'évaporation, dans un tunnel de transfert sous ultravide. Cette installation permet l'élaboration et la caractérisation de nouveaux matériaux sous forme de couches minces. Les éventuelles applications sont les mémoires magnétiques, la spintronique, la photoluminescence et la photovoltaïque.
