Les flots bipolaires de la proto-étoile HH 211. Lors de la formation d'une proto-étoile, celle-ci rejette une partie de sa matière dans le milieu interstellaire à des vitesses d'environ 100 km/s. Appelés flots bipolaires, ces jets ont été observés pour la première fois de façon détaillée et complète autour de la proto-étoile HH 211, grâce à l'interféromètre du plateau de Bure.
