Réacteur d'épitaxie par ablation laser pulsée. Le matériau à déposer est transféré d'une cible stoechiométrique vers le substrat par vaporisation par un laser de puissance pulsé focalisé. Ce réacteur permet d'épitaxier des films et des hétérostructures à base d'oxydes supracondeur, magnétique ou isolant. Ce réacteur permet des études fondamentales sur l'épitaxie des oxydes, l'électronique de spin dans les structures tunnel et le filtrage hyperfréquence agile à base d'oxydes ferroélectriques et supraconducteurs.
