Overview
By discovering Jupiter’s moons—invisible to the naked eye—Galileo and his telescope opened one first window onto our solar system 400 years ago. Today, a multitude of astronomical observatories enable teams from the CNRS and its partners to contemplate the entire universe and unravel its mysteries.
